General regulation 徵件簡章

參選資格
曾經或目前在臺灣、香港、澳門、新加坡、馬來西亞、日本、韓國之跨國移民、移工。

甄選作品
作品3,000字內為宜，文體不限，每人限投一篇。
以越文、泰文、印尼文、菲律賓文（Filipino）書寫之作品。

評審辦法

母語初選：
- 由海內外東南亞文化界之母語人士擔任初選評審。
- 各語評審以計分方式，各提名10篇，四語總計40篇。
- 各語統計得分最高之作品入圍。以各語投稿件數十分之一作為入圍名額下限。
中文評審決選：
- 以計分方式，針對中譯後的入圍作品進行評審。
- 由來自臺灣、香港、澳門、新加坡、馬來西亞、日本、韓國之文化界代表擔任決選評審。
- 召開決選會議，選出首獎一名、評審獎一名、優選三名。

青少年評審決選：
- 公開招募青少年評審。
- 以計分方式，針對中譯後的入圍作品進行評審
- 召開決選會議，選出青少年評審推薦獎三名。

得獎公佈
得獎名單將公佈於本活動官網，並個別以電話通知得獎人。

獎勵辦法

首獎：一名，獎金NT$ 10 萬，獎杯乙座。
評審獎：一名，獎金NT$ 8 萬，獎杯乙座。
優選：三名，獎金NT$ 2 萬，獎杯乙座。
青少年評審推薦獎：三名，獎金NT$ 2 萬，獎杯乙座。
澳門特別獎：一名，獎金NT$ 2 萬，獎杯乙座。
總獎金：共計NT$ 32 萬。

收件截止日期
即日起至2019年5月12日止。

報名方式
一律線上報名與投稿。

注意事項
1. 參選作品禁止抄襲、冒名、侵害他人著作權之情事，違者除取消資格、追回獎金、獎杯、獎狀，一切法律責任皆由參賽者自行負責。
2. 參選作品請自留底稿，不論入選概不退件。每人限投一件作品。
3. 參賽作品如經評審決議未達標準，得從缺。
4. 參賽作品享有著作人格權及著作財產權，並授權主辦單位用於任何形式之推廣、出版、發表，不另付稿酬版稅。
5. 獎金超過新台幣NT$ 2 萬元以上者，依稅法相關規定代扣稅額。
6. 參選作品經評委會評定後，將擇期公開舉行頒獎典禮。
7. 參選者視為認同本徵文辦法之規定，如有未盡事宜，得隨時修正公佈之。

Participant Qualification
Immigrants, migrant workers, or second-generation immigrant residents living, or have lived, in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan or Korea.

Entry Requirement
An entry in any form of style, written within 3000 words is appropriate, one entry per person.
Written in Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, or Filipino.

Evaluation Process
Primary Selection:
Four countries, a total of forty articles.
Final Selection:
Discussion and voting between the judges
Announcement of the Winners

Announcement of Awards
The results will be announced on the official website.
The winners will be phoned individually of the announcement.

First Prize: 1 winner, 100 thousand NTD, one trophy
Jury Award: 1 winner, 80 thousand NTD, one trophy
Choice Award: 3 winners, 20 thousand NTD, one trophy
Teen Choice Award: 3 winners, 20 thousand NTD, one trophy
Macau Special Award: 1 winner, 20 thousand NTD, one trophy

Terms and Conditions
1. Copying, deception under false names, or any infringement of copyright is prohibited. 2. Violators will be disqualified, and be retrieved of all awards. All legal responsibilities will be charged solely to the participant involved.
3. Please save a copy of the entry work. All entries will not be returned. One entry per person.
4. If entry works fail to match the requirements of the contest, it will be disqualified.
Entry works are intellectual property with moral rights, and have authorized the organizers for any form of promotion, publication, postage without extra charge (royalty-free).
5. In accordance with tax laws, awards over 20 thousand NTD are required to withhold a income tax.
6. After the winners are decided, there will be a public award ceremony.
7. Participants are subject to the terms and conditions. Amendments and addition announcements will be made when and if necessary.
